We are thankful for Chef Emily Wells, her team at The Mill in New Glasgow and all of the volunteers who created another excellent Fall Harvest Supper fundraiser!!
And to everyone who came out to enjoy Emily’s delicious cooking, asante sana. Thank you for supporting the work of Farmers Helping Farmers in Kenya.
The money raised by Emily’s meals will support the work of the FHF Education committee, including school food programs, as well as the provision of mosquito nets, books and solar lights to help Kenyan children study at night.
Much of the food that Emily and her crew prepares comes from local producers on P.E.I. who make their donations in support of this great cause.
